These providers operate according to their own privacy policies, terms, and data-processing practices. Humble Beast does not control how independent third-party advertising platforms use information they collect for their own permitted purposes.

Humble Beast may process or disclose certain website activity and device information for purposes of targeted advertising.

Targeted advertising may include displaying advertisements based upon your activity on our website or other websites, applications, or online services. Humble Beast may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, transaction amount, date of payment, payment method type, billing contact information, and limited payment identifiers.

9. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Humble Beast does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation information, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information through our standard customer signup process.

Because our Customers control information entered into their individual CRM accounts, Customer Data could contain information Humble Beast did not directly request.

Recipients of applicable text-message marketing may opt out by responding with the opt-out instruction provided in the message, such as STOP.

Requests to discontinue marketing communications may also be submitted to info @humblebeastmedia.net.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Humble Beast from sending transactional, account, billing, security, support, or other non-promotional communications relating to an existing business relationship.

Opting out of email or text marketing does not automatically opt you out of cookie-based targeted advertising. Advertising opt-out options are described separately in this Policy.

12. TEXT-MESSAGE AND MOBILE INFORMATION

Mobile telephone numbers, text-message consent information, and text-message opt-in records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers and subcontractors as reasonably necessary to deliver messaging services, provide customer support, operate the Platform, maintain telecommunications infrastructure, or otherwise provide services requested by the Customer.

Text-message originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional use.

13. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Humble Beast does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Like many businesses, we use advertising and analytics technologies from providers such as Google and Meta to measure website activity, understand which marketing campaigns are effective, and show relevant advertisements.

These providers may receive limited website and device information, such as cookie identifiers, IP address, pages visited, advertising interactions, and conversion activity.

We do not provide our Customers' private CRM contact databases to Google, Meta, or other advertising providers for Humble Beast's own marketing purposes.

Certain privacy laws may classify some forms of advertising-related data sharing as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, users may opt out of these activities as described in this Privacy Policy.

Humble Beast may also disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, technology partners, analytics companies, and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide our services.

Categories of recipients may include providers supporting CRM technology, cloud hosting, data storage, email delivery, SMS and telecommunications, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, advertising, remarketing and retargeting, conversion tracking, customer support, software integrations, cybersecurity, accounting, legal services, and other business operations.

Service providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on behalf of Humble Beast or our Customers, subject to applicable contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information at a Customer's direction; with your consent; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Humble Beast, our Customers, or others; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security concerns; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

14. CUSTOMER CRM DATA WILL NOT BE SOLD

Humble Beast recognizes that a Customer's CRM database may be one of that Customer's most valuable business assets.

Humble Beast will not sell Customer Data.

Humble Beast will not sell a Customer's contact lists, prospect lists, lead databases, customer databases, or other CRM data to third parties.

Humble Beast will not provide a Customer's private CRM database to another business for that business's own marketing, lead generation, solicitation, or promotional purposes.

Humble Beast will not use one Customer's private CRM database to benefit or market to another Humble Beast Customer.

Customer Data includes information a Customer enters, uploads, imports, creates, stores, or maintains in its Humble Beast CRM account, including customer lists, prospect lists, lead information, contact records, email addresses, telephone numbers, communication histories, notes, sales pipeline information, form submissions, appointment information, and other information maintained through the Platform.

Humble Beast may access, process, transmit, or disclose Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide the CRM Platform; perform setup and onboarding; provide technical support; perform authorized outreach on the Customer's behalf; operate requested automations or communications; provide services requested by the Customer; maintain the security and integrity of the Platform; comply with applicable law; respond to lawful governmental or court requests; or use service providers and technology partners necessary to deliver the Platform and Services.

Any service provider receiving Customer Data on behalf of Humble Beast is permitted to use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Customer Data does not become Humble Beast property merely because it is stored or processed through the Humble Beast CRM Platform. As between Humble Beast and the Customer, the Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data.

15. CUSTOMER DATA IS NOT HUMBLE BEAST MARKETING DATA

Humble Beast maintains a distinction between information collected directly through Humble Beast's own website, advertising, forms, and business relationships and private Customer Data maintained inside a Customer's CRM account.

Humble Beast may use information collected directly from visitors to Humble Beast's own website for analytics, advertising, conversion measurement, remarketing, and other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

However, Humble Beast will not take a Customer's private CRM database and use it to independently market Humble Beast products or services to those contacts.

Humble Beast will not contact individuals contained within a Customer's private CRM database for Humble Beast's own independent sales or marketing purposes unless the individual separately contacts or engages with Humble Beast, the individual independently provides information directly to Humble Beast, the Customer specifically authorizes the communication, or another lawful basis exists that is unrelated to Humble Beast's access to the Customer's CRM database.

A Customer's decision to store information in the Humble Beast CRM Platform does not grant Humble Beast ownership of, or independent marketing rights to, that information.

16. DATA RETENTION

Humble Beast retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain Customer accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, conduct appropriate marketing and advertising, maintain transaction and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate business interests.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. Cookies and advertising identifiers may remain available for periods determined by Humble Beast or the applicable technology provider.

After a Customer terminates its Platform subscription, Customer is responsible for exporting or downloading Customer Data it wishes to retain.

Humble Beast may delete Customer Data following termination after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal requirements and the policies or technical limitations of third-party Platform providers.

17. INFORMATION SECURITY

Humble Beast uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We also rely upon third-party technology and infrastructure providers to maintain appropriate protections for systems they operate.

No website, database, internet transmission, cloud service, or electronic information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Humble Beast cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

Customers are responsible for protecting their Platform login credentials, using appropriate password practices, controlling access by their Authorized Users, and promptly informing Humble Beast of suspected unauthorized account access.

18. DATA BREACHES AND SECURITY INCIDENTS

If Humble Beast becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and respond as appropriate based upon the nature and circumstances of the incident.

Where legally required, Humble Beast will provide required notifications to affected Customers, individuals, governmental authorities, or other parties.

Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with Humble Beast in investigating and responding to security incidents involving Customer accounts or Customer Data.

Humble Beast may also provide a website-based privacy or cookie preference tool that permits visitors to disable or reject certain non-essential advertising cookies and tracking technologies.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to provide rights that applicable law does not require or to limit rights provided by applicable law.

If you believe Humble Beast has collected information directly from a child inappropriately, contact info@ humblebeastmedia.net.

23. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our website and Platform may contain links to, integrate with, or provide access to third-party websites, applications, social media platforms, payment services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, or other technology.

These third parties may collect information independently through cookies, pixels, APIs, account integrations, or other technologies.

Humble Beast does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Your interaction with those third parties may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
